Our insurance agent was helpful and so are the staff who answer the phone.

Initial onboarding and working with the sales representative was amazing. The nurse that came to visit the home was not well practiced at drawing blood -- repeatedly failed on my wife and I to find our veins. The handoff to actually signing the life insurance, the review of the policy, and paying for it, was/is annoying. I received daily emails saying I needed to pay for the policy when I already had paid for it. I have been receiving daily emails saying I need to sign the policy when I already have.

I started the insurance process in February and it wasn't completed until July!! someone obviously dropped the ball in your company, but others finally picked it up and got this problem resolved. I have to pay a higher rate, as I turned 75 on March 4th and couldn't afford to pay the four months previously to when the insurance was finally approved.
