This has been a nightmare. From the agents to the policy, no one is helping. It’s very frustrating.

We were looking to obtain a new term life policy, as our old policy's guaranteed term just ended and the renewal rate was surprisingly high. CoreBridge's ease of obtaining a quote - and the affordability of that quote - were major factors in our choice. Wasn't so sure about needing a medical exam, but being in good health we figured everything would be approved as planned - and it was. So far the timetables have been met, paperwork has been provided, and service has been available and friendly.

This renewed policy took months to make happen, from the nurse visit, to getting the application emailed, to canceling my original policy (which has not been done yet). Numerous phone calls and misdirections throughout the process. It should not be difficult to end one policy and renew it, but it was tedious and frustrating.

The agent that called me seemed interested in talking to me while I was trying to make a decision, but once I was a 'completed' sale, couldn't be bothered with customer service. Each person I talked to, talked way too fast, assuming I knew all related information to life insurance. Seemed disorganized. The most well run part of the whole thing was the medical professional who came to the house to do my physical. I wouldn't necessarily recommend AIG.

I was worried I wouldn't be approved because I have MS but as a Veteran who has maintained life insurance throughout my service, it's difficult to think that my health wouldn't get me insurance but since that health was approved I have found all the agents and literature to read easy for me to understand and sign up. Thank you to all those who have helped me out.

I don't really have much to compare to. Would only speak to my mom about her policy which I liked. Got us a low price. Polite.

Agents were responsive, and took the time to understand what type of coverage I need it. Several agents work together to sell me the product, and to follow-up to ensure the product was ready.
