Although the approval process went a little longer than I expected, the company to which I was assigned is a company I am familiar with. Several family members are clients or have been insured with AIG. I have confidence this company has provided a comfort to my relatives in their time of need. With so many companies out there now, it is good to have a company that I have known over the years. I highly recommend AIG as a reliable, stable insurer

Well, I am excited to transition from a term life insurance to full coverage, the rate I was quoted in the bill received was more than $*** different? This leaves me confused and unsure if I will be continuing my plan with Corebridge.
My complaint is that their 3rd party software app to transfer medical records from my doctor to Corebridge failed miserably on multiple occasions. This delayed the approval process by two to three WEEKS!!! Finally, I had my doctor's office send the information via unencrypted PDF's. I think this is TERRIBLE!!!!!

My agent (***) is extremely helpful in getting this approval process completed in spite of the failure of your 3rd party information transfer app.
Over the past couple decades I grew frustrated with insurance. Then CoreBridge came into the picture when it was time to renew. OMG, THEY HAVE BEEN 1,000% SPECTACULAR. Each and every phone correspondence has been so professional, articulate, kind, polite, knowledgeable (no transferring my calls from dept to dept), and very human. I told them before that they have showed the best and highest level of Customer Service I have EVER experienced from ANY business in my 60 yrs of life.
Good customer support. I like the fact of world-wide coverage.
