This company showed up and replaced my garage door springs with smaller springs that were incorrect for the size of door I have. I paid extra for the 25,000 cycle springs, come to find out, given their size and my door, I was only going to get about 7,200 cycles, so i got ripped off. When they were complete, the door would not close. I had to close it manually and found out the door was crooked. They also did not install bearings on the spring rod and the drums were installed in the incorrect place. This company has no idea what they are doing, and should not be working on any other garage doors. When I asked about a refund they told me that since I had another company fix it, no refund would be given. No way I could have them touch my door again. This is an absolute scam!!

I called for same day service and even though I had to wait longer than promised they showed up the same day. Service repair person gave three options and I went with the option B. At time of payment the service person preferred Cash App or Zelle. I got the feeling he did not want to accept credit card. He asked for my ID and took a picture of it, don't feel right with him having my personal information. He also was not fluent in English and was hard to ask questions regarding my problem. Invoice did not list amount of parts or labor, description of service was not legible. Not a good feeling about service done, price and service was overpriced.

These guys were great and responsive. **** understood the urgency of my situation when the door broke and fot Allen there quickly. Allen had a hard job, but did it without complaining. Would recommend and even better they guarantee their work for a year.
