I've been using TGW for a while now and they did not disappoint. They should be a great time and the parties were excellent. Try them out. You wouldn't be disappointed.

With the assistance of TGW, I arranged a Study Abroad Excursion for university students to visit Cartagena, Colombia March 10-14, 2025, and it was a fantastic experience for all participants. The hotel accommodations were top rated at Hotel Dann, and everyone slept comfortably. We had an educational approach by visiting the historical sites in the old and new town as well as a visit to Palenque. We enjoyed the food and culture in many different venues. The weather was great in March, so we enjoyed the beauty of Rosario Island for a peaceful swim and lounge on the beach. We felt safe everywhere we went and the designated tour guides with Incentivamos were great. We were entertained by the best Salsa musicians and dancers during a night on the town, and the entire lively trip would not have been possible without the master TGW organizer, Santiago Mejia. We are very thankful for his service in providing the tailored personal experience we requested. I definitely recommend TGW for any travel experience you may desire.

It was amazing. I loved the itinerary and Francisco was the best. Out of all the places I've traveled he was the best tour guide and genuinely made our groups trip great with advice, knowledge and kindness.

The experience was truly amazing, from the high quality of the events, the care and attention of the staff and the detailed simple to follow paperwork which was provided where every element of our holiday was taken care of. I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback on my experience with your company. Overall, my travel experience with TGW Travel Group was positive. The booking process was smooth, and the itinerary was well-organized. The accommodations met my expectations, and the guided tours provided a great balance of structure and free time to explore.

However, there is an area where improvements could enhance the overall experience:


Lodging Personalization: Offering more tailored recommendations of loding based on traveler preferences could improve the experience. I would have loved to stay in Ipanema and take an Uber to our meet-up locations for tours and parties.

I am satisfied with the services provided and would recommend TGW Travel Group to others looking for well-planned travel experiences. Thank you for your efforts in ensuring a great trip, and I look forward to future opportunities to travel with you.

First of all I think TGW is an awesome group! I would attend another event. They are professional and concerned about my experience. Their service of airport to hotel to events and back are the right touch and should never be abandoned.

The only critique is somewhat out of their hands but perhaps should be factored into their Carnival package. The 1st event that day of was lacking in a few regards:
1. Some of the guests are arriving that day... delays, sleepless flights, etc. drain the customer and doesn't offer them at their best when they arrive.

2. The event itself was a little "low-brow" in regards to the billing. Your 1st experience should be "great". Sugar Mountain felt plain and left many of us wondering around where to go! The bar was overwhelmed by everyone and only latter did the private section/bar open up. But, it was too small given the size of the Tour group.

3. As a result of #1 and #2, about the time we were allowed to the inside party most people left. Possibly weary from travel and the above mentioned logistical dilemma and with no where to sit just wasn't the best experience.

Suggestion:
Advertise your first event a day before an official event. Make it a TGW only event! Especially when you have such a large group. Have it at a venue (indoor or outdoor) that supports music, food and drinks. That will get the rust out. Provide room so clients can acclimate.

Just ran out of food on the last party night. Long lines for the limited availability (just cheese empanadas & a burger) diminished some of the nights fun.

Lodging was great, rides were on time and comfortable, reps and party hosts were fun and available, and the party areas reserved for us were outstanding.

We loved the trip! We normally travel on our own and create our own experiences. This particular experience we could not crate on our own. The VIP experience was that of a corporate travel program. Everything was top notch! We would 100% recommend it to people looking for a good time!
